A
Letter from the President
|
Welcome to the
Eta Epsilon chapter of Alpha Phi at Villanova
University! My sisters and I hope you enjoy
browsing our wonderful website and learning more about
what it means to be a Phi!
|
|

|
Alpha Phi at
Villanova is known for its philanthropy, fundraising, and,
of course, sisterhood. We are also the only sorority
on Villanova’s campus to offer four large-scale
philanthropy events geared towards raising money to
support the Alpha Phi Foundation, which supports cardiac
care for women. It is through these efforts that we
uphold the values of honesty, loyalty, commitment and
sisterhood. |
As Alpha Phi’s, we pride ourselves on our leadership
abilities, our love and support for each other through
philanthropy and sisterhood events, and of course our
ability to wind-down from our hectic schedules and enjoy
evenings in Philly at social events that we plan
throughout the semester. Our excellence in
academics, athletics, and volunteer work has also helped
us excel both on and off-campus. |
Life in college is a whirlwind, and having a loving and
supportive group of sisters to help me through the best
and the worst times has really made my experience at
Villanova a joy and a privilege. Who knew that a
girl from Oklahoma could find a group of over one hundred
girlfriends on the east coast with similar passions,
ideas, and goals that will continue to influence her for
the rest of her life! I have found a loving group of
people that I truly pride to call my sisters, and it
has been an honor to serve as president during this year. |
If you are looking to find your place amongst the Greek
organizations at Villanova, I wish you the best of
luck. The decision to go Greek is oftentimes
difficult, and it is important to find a place that will
help you grow and develop into the best version of
yourself. In Alpha Phi, you will find the tools and
support to take you and develop you into a strong woman
backed by a loving group of sisters that will always be
behind you, so I encourage you to keep your mind and heart
open during this process!
So, with that in mind, enjoy our website. Feel free to
contact me with any questions or concerns, as I am always
available to speak with a potential new Phis! . |
Sincerely,
Jessica May
